Well the artwork was absolutely incredible and it has quite an uplifting feel, a good tribute to Kate and William, but the game does get boring after a short amount of time.

Drag and Drop Dress-ups usually do better.

I like the idea, but it does get boring.

I recommend putting a timer and some upgrades (for example, the atoms slow to half their original speed for 10 seconds).

Some backgrounds wouldn't hurt either.

It's very simple, the graphics and gameplay are basic and there are no levels, power ups or gun upgrades, I think with more time and effort this could be great.

I actually enjoyed playing this, my only problems is that the graphics/backgrounds are too simple, maybe different backdrops for each level would of given it a higher score. It definately doesn't deserve a 2.83 rating though.
